418 Consulting Investment Construction Service Commerce Joint Stock Corporation (abbreviated as 418 Corporation, English 418 CORP – FECICO) was established by a group of civil engineers from the early classes of the Port and Marine Works specialty at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, in the 1990s. These engineers, united by a shared vision and purpose, founded the company on December 30, 2016. Initially, the company primarily provides senior personnel to consulting companies and comprehensive trading companies in the southern region of Vietnam (holding positions such as Head of Investment Department, Deputy Technical Director, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy General Director, Project Manager for Investment Construction, Manager for Subsequent Project Steps, and Chief Inspector). This has built upon our over 20 years of experience, enhancing our specialized knowledge and skills in managing teams and operating businesses to meet the current demand for high-level company leadership personnel. • Construction activity certificate of 418 Trade Service Construction Investment Consulting Joint Stock Corporation (418 CORP - FECICO) issued by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction:

  +Decision No. 1605/QD-SXD-QLNGĐXD dated November 19, 2021 and No. 1768/QD-SXD-QLNGĐXD dated December 27, 2021, announced the capacity of Company 418 - FECICO as Grade III in the following fields:
  -Topographic survey; geological survey of construction.
  -Design, review of construction design of civil works, technical infrastructure, transportation (Inland waterways - Maritime), serving agriculture and rural development (Irrigation).
  -Consulting on management of investment projects in construction of transport works (Inland waterways - Maritime).
